I met Dan the way I meet friends. He was immediately comfortable to be around. I am a first time home owner and he made the adventure stress free and calm. We had fun, told jokes, he went out of his way to help me, and I never felt pressured. Time spent with him was very informative as he shared knowledge freely and honestly. I learned so much during the weeks I spent with him.

I will certainly call Dan when I decide to sell my home and look for a new one.
